GREAT WOMEN, This is Volume 5 of BEACON LIGHTS OF HISTORY, by John Lord. This is a lone volume from a set of Beacon Lights of History that is in my collection, I was scanning books on the History of Women for a WOMAN CD-ROM I was creating, and never got to the rest of the set - maybe later. There are rather extensive Biographies of thirteen famous women in this book, a book well worth reading if you are a woman, and a book you need to be able to discuss if you are a man.
